Structural form:
It is mainly composed of cam rotor, shaft seal and gear box. A pair of synchronous rotating transmission gears drive the cam rotor to rotate, so as to realize the transmission of medium. Shaft seals can be designed as packing seals and mechanical seals according to different working conditions. High strength cast iron gearbox, helical gear and heavy load bearing are used to ensure long service life. The main part is box assembly, which can adjust the rotor clearance without disassembling the gearbox.
The material of O-type sealing ring is silicone rubber. When the medium is corrosive, PTFE is used.
From the motor to the pump, the pump turns clockwise.
