Overview:
SDZ1000-1 drilling parameter instrument is designed for mechanical drilling rigs and workover rigs. It can monitor the drilling parameters such as hook suspension weight, turntable torque, riser pressure, tail rope tension, pump impulse 1/2, turntable speed and mud return at wellhead.
Constitution and characteristics:
The model parameter instrument is composed of independent instrument display box, industrial switching power supply, sensor, hydraulic pipeline and cable connection accessories. Instrument display box integrates mechanical meter head and signal conversion processing module; industrial switching power supply provides DC regulated power supply for drill table meter head, sensor and module.
The instrument adopts mechanical pointer head display, anti-seismic, waterproof, explosion-proof design, with simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, stable performance, economic and practical characteristics.
The instrument display box is made of stainless steel, which can be mounted in the driller's room or before the driller's brake, or suspended on the derrick opposite the driller's brake. It can centrally display the variation of drilling parameters. Through the instruction of the mechanical indicator, the driller can intuitively and timely understand and grasp the drilling conditions and equipment operation.
