The wear-resistant disc has high hardness and nickel-plated surface, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The wear-resistant disc is used on the F1300 / 1600 mud pump. The blank of the wear-resistant disc is made of 35CrMo forging and quenched and tempered 241-2285HB. The difference between the metric and inch systems of the wear disk is that the screw holes are ejected differently, and the remaining dimensions are completely the same.
