F500 three cylinder pump 1, power end characteristics No retractable slot herringbone gear drive. Alloy steel crankshaft. The frame is welded with steel plate, with high strength, good rigidity and light weight. The middle pull rod packing adopts double seal structure, and the sealing effect is good. The power end adopts the combination of forced lubrication and splash lubrication. 2. Frame The frame is welded by steel plate. After stress relief treatment, it has good rigidity and high strength. Ribbon reinforcement structure is adopted at crankshaft bearing. The necessary oil pool and oil system are installed in the rack for cooling and lubrication. 3. The crankshaft The crankshaft is alloy steel castings. The crankshaft is equipped with big gear ring, connecting rod, bearing and so on. The tooth shape of the big ring is herringbone, the inner hole of the big ring is interference fit with the crankshaft, and is fastened with bolts and loosening-proof nuts. The large end of the connecting rod is mounted on three eccentric crankshafts by a single row of short cylindrical roller bearings, and the small end is mounted on the cross pin by a double row long cylindrical roller bearing. The two ends of the crankshaft are double row centripetal spherical roller bearings. 4, pinion shaft The pinion shaft is made of alloy steel forgings, and a herringbone gear is machined on the shaft, and the medium hard tooth surface is adopted. In order to facilitate maintenance, single row centripetal cylindrical roller bearing with no inner ring is selected. Both ends of the shaft extend, and either ends can be equipped with belt pulleys or sprockets. 5, crosshead and intermediate pull rod The cross head and guide plate are made of inoculated cast iron ASTM A48-83, which has good wear resistance and long service life.
