G screw pump            G series single screw pump is a new type of pump which works according to the principle of revolving meshing volume. The main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator).            Because of the special geometry of the two components, separate sealed chambers are formed. The medium flows uniformly from the axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, the volume remains unchanged, and the pressure is stable, so there is no eddy current and agitation. The output pressure of each stage pump is 0.6 MPa and the head is 60m (clear water). It is suitable for conveying medium temperature below 80 C (special requirements can reach 150 C).            Because the stator is made of a variety of elastic materials, this kind of pump is incompetent for conveying high viscous fluids, hard suspended particles or fibre media. The flow rate is proportional to the speed.            The transmission can be driven directly by coupling or by speed regulating motor, triangle belt, gearbox and other devices.            This kind of pump has few parts, compact structure, small volume, easy maintenance, rotor and stator are vulnerable parts of the pump, simple structure and easy to assemble and disassemble.
