HM100 series industrial thermal resistance is used as temperature measurement sensor, usually with temperature transmitter, regulator and display.
It is used together with meters to form a process control system to directly measure or control the temperature of liquid, steam, gaseous media and solid surfaces in the range of -200 ℃ ~ 500 ℃ in various production processes. Thermal resistance measures the temperature of a substance when its temperature changes with its resistance. When a temperature gradient exists in the measured medium, the measured temperature is the average temperature in the medium where the temperature sensing element is located. . Although the shapes of the various thermal resistors are very different, their basic structures are roughly similar. Generally, they consist of temperature sensing elements, insulating sleeves, protective tubes, and junction boxes.
working principle
Thermal resistance measures the temperature of a substance by changing its resistance as the temperature changes. When the resistance value changes, an unbalanced signal is generated by the bridge of the temperature transmitter, which is converted into a 4-20mA DC signal after amplification, and the working instrument displays the corresponding temperature value.
