Under the computer recording mode, the whole system includes driller's instrument display platform, collector, computer terminal and software, various sensors, installation cable and hydraulic pipeline, etc. The engineering values of all parameters required by users can be displayed in real time on the driller's instrument display desk and the remote team leader's office respectively. On the computer terminal of the remote team leader's office, it can display in real time in the form of software dial, number or curve, and can store, print and query. At the same time, it can realize the transmission of GPRS/CDMA data network, which provides basis for optimizing drilling, fault judgment and troubleshooting, and provides historical data after drilling.
Without computer recording, the whole system includes driller's instrument display platform, various sensors, installation cables and hydraulic pipelines, etc. The finger weight, turntable torque, lifting clamp torque and riser pressure are indicated by hydraulic dial, and the electrical parameters such as rotary speed and mud pump impulse are displayed by low-temperature backlight sealed explosion-proof digital meter.

System characteristics

2. Recording, displaying and plotting can be done by indoor computer, and parameter values can also be recorded by conventional finger-weight meter recorder.
3. Special cables and sealed waterproof and explosion-proof air joints with anticorrosion, oil-proof, water-proof, flame-retardant, low temperature and salt-fog resistance are used to facilitate the removal and assembly of the well crew.
4. The system is shielded by electromagnetic field, and can work in the environment where the temperature changes greatly, the vibration is strong, the humidity is high and the electromagnetic interference is serious.
5. In circuit design, high integration devices are used for easy maintenance. Sensors are integrated products, and imported products are used for key sensors.
6. The whole system is explosion-proof.
7. The software is easy to operate and can display in Chinese and English. It can also convert public and English units. It is suitable for both Chinese and foreign personnel.
