The operating component system of endless rope continuous tractor is mainly composed of the following parts
1. Tail wheel: Fixed at the tail of the roadway, used to tighten the wire rope.
2. Left turning wheel: change the direction of shuttle car, turn left.
3. Right turning wheel: change the direction of shuttle car, turn right.
4. Auxiliary Pressure Rope Wheel: Press the auxiliary wire rope into the track surface.
5. Main Pressure Rope Wheel: Press the main wire rope into the track plane.
6. Shuttle truck: It is used to connect train such as mine truck, flat car, material truck, and has the function of fixing and storing wire rope. It mainly consists of the following parts: frame, rope storage drum, wheel assembly, etc.
7. Carrier wheel: Carry up the main and auxiliary wire rope, reduce the friction loss of the wire rope to the sleeper, and protect the sleeper.
8. Five-wheel hammer tension: used for tightening the wire rope to ensure adequate drum friction.
