Blowout preventer is designed for controlling blowout effectively in drilling process. Single and double gate blowout preventers are combined with hydraulic control devices. Single and double gate blowout preventers can be used alone or in combination, and can also be used with ring blowout preventers.
When the inlet needs to be closed for a long time, after the hydraulic pressure closes the inlet, manual locking can be used to prevent the hydraulic pressure system from lowering and affecting the closure. However, it should be noted that manual locking device can not open the wellhead.
The specific tasks are as follows:
1. When there is a drilling tool in the well, it can seal the annular space between casing and drill pipe, or between casing and casing and tubing. It is equipped with 23/8, 27/8, 31/2_4, 41/2, 5, 51/2, 7, and full sealing gate plate, which can seal the drilling tools of the above specifications.
2. When there is no drilling tool in the well, the well can be sealed with the full sealing gate.
3. In order to effectively control formation pressure, it can be used in conjunction with well killing and throttle manifold to achieve balanced pressure drilling.
4. Special operations such as well killing and well washing can be realized under the condition of closed inlet.
