The power of the ZX140A/ZX140B type wheel drive box is driven by the chain wheel. Through the ATD318H push disc clutch, the power is passed through the parachute gear to the output axis. The two gears on the output shaft can be hung up separately, and the two-way power is output from the flange to drive the rotary table for forward or reverse rotation.
On the output shaft, a set of brake devices is installed, the function of which is to release the deformation of the drill rod slowly after the clutch is removed, to limit the rotating speed of the rotary table and to improve the safety performance of the equipment.
The rotary table drive box mainly transmits power for the rotary table, and it can realize the power transmission and pick up, the reverse gear picking and hanging and the reverse torque energy release of the rotary table.
