The product is used as a roller for mine hoisting cage, providing guidance and cushioning for cage. It is a new type of fully sealed hydraulic butterfly spring cushioning roller ear. It has a vent on the spoke and the hub combined with it. It can play a cooling role, quickly reduce the heat generated by the rubber wheel in the process of rolling friction, make the rubber wheel run steadily, and avoid the phenomenon of deformation and skidding caused by the overheating of the rubber wheel.
2. Technical characteristics
The wheel body is fully sealed and lubricated with liquid oil, which completely changes the shortcomings of poor lubrication performance and high calorific value of grease under adverse circumstances, and prolongs the service life of bearings. Polyurethane rubber wheel is die-cast on spokes with ventilation holes. Because the hub with ventilation is connected by bolts, the spokes form an effective ventilation structure, which not only avoids the problem of weak connection between rubber wheel and hub, but also facilitates heat dissipation. Hinged structure is adopted in the buffer part, which makes the buffer more flexible and more cushioning force.
